Dublin 1
Central area on the north side of the city. Easy access to public transport. Plenty of job opportunities in retail and catering. Good entertainment options.
Dublin 2
A central area located south of river Liffey, a touristic and commercial heart of the city.
Dublin 3
Situated northeast of the city, stretching from Ballybough near city centre through to the coastal suburb of Clontarf.
Dublin 4
Located southeast of the city, it is considered one of the most prestigious areas. Overall quite safe but very expensive.
Dublin 5
Situated north of Dublin 3. It is a quiet suburban district relatively close to the City Centre
Dublin 6
Located south of Dublin 2. It is an extremely popular and sought-after area.
Dublin 7
Dublin 7 stretches northwest of Dublin 1.
Dublin 8
Dublin 8 has undergone a huge transformation and nowadays apartment blocks and gated communities dominate the property landscape but it still manages to maintain its working class feel.
Dublin 9
Dublin 9 is situated directly north of Dublin City Centre. It's neighbouring areas are Dublin 11 in the west and Dublin 9 in the east.
